I have a great idea for a picture for my signature, which displays two of my worst internet pet peeves and what I think of them. Problem is, I'm not so sure how to change a BMP into a JPG. Also, I'm good that great of an artist, so I'll need to find one to help me out. Any volunteers or anyone you may suggest?

On a related note, I also need an Emblem of Wing Gundam's (Gundam 01, as otherwise known) head from Gundam Wing. The size of the picture should be about 32×32 pixels large. I will also need an artist to help me out here.
